Please join what will be an unforgettable workshop experience: “Telling Species Stories: Visualizing Futures for North American Habitat Dioramas,” led by Prof. (Dean) Julia Czerniak, from the University of Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning, and Prof. Nina Marie Lister, from Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning. 

Taking place on October 9th, from 1:00pm to 5:30pm EDT during the first day of the SCCS-NY conference. 

Habitat dioramas have long been admired yet criticized for their staged portrayals and perceived detachment from reality. But what if we could introduce new narratives?
